Looking between the promo art for the first Koumajou Densetsu and this picture, I realize there are considerable differences and can understand why there's been a bit of dispute over this being tagged for Koumajou Densetsu.
Then I noticed Frontier Aja posted a WIP of Koumajou Densetsu II's animated opening sequence(!!) at http://aja-games.com/aja_blog/?p=433, and noted the similarities between THIS outfit and the brief shot of Remi.
Gentlemen, I think we just got snuck a piece of early Koumajou 2 art.
The reason why a lot of people do not consider this to have any connection to Koumajou Densetsu is because this art was made for the cover of a CD published by Alice's Emotion (REDALiCE) and not to promote the game. It's not because of the clothes.
Well, now that the opening's completed and it turned out Remi's outfit is still more like the old one than the new one, I guess I'll just... HEY, LOOK, A DISTRACTION. *flee*
