Said this in the other one too, but this is actually disgusting. And it was sent directly to her. This is exactly the type of bullying that gets people to k ll themselves.
The person who made this and the people cheering it haven't learned a thing and they haven't listened to a word of what the person they claim to protect said.

Why don't you tell this to the one who made it? There's no point complaining about it here.

First of all, it's an art. If you don't like humilation, rape, netorare or anything involving dubcon or noncon, you can always blacklist such tags in your settings. Nobody forcing to you look at it and some people just like the art and not even knowing anything about characters or their drama. Don't kinkshame people, the artist drew quite a lot of noncon works, the uploader posted quite a few noncon works, as well as the approver, so it's not like they doing something unusual and unexpected.
Secondly, it could hardly be considered "bullying", a fortiori suicidal one. Especially when artist said their sorry and when there are far more threatening comments than this figment of pure fantasy and satire. Not only it is unlikely that anyone would believe that this art is truth, but this art also includes a fictional character, not the person behind it. Actually, I could agree that this is bullying... if Elira was on her first day on the Internet or she was 12 years old, but as far as I know, she has been on the Internet for quite a long time and she is an adult woman, so one non-con art is like a drop in the ocean of current "people's tribunal on Nijisanji".
Thirdly... don't spam on different posts with similiar comments, please.

p.s. nominating this for "Wow, that was fast", artist made this in less than 4 hours after Elira's stream.

While subjectn's attempts to get these posts removed is misguided, they did bring up one good point. Unlike other NSFW work, this was sent directly to Elira's Twitter handle, as can be seen in the commentary. I don't know how she feels about seeing NSFW work of her avatar, but there are other vtubers that do feel uncomfortable about it. However, most people that make that kind of art will respect that and put it under the vtuber's NSFW art hashtag, letting the vtuber decide whether or not to engage with it. Using her Twitter handle means she will see it whether she wants to or not, so it can be considered harassment on that count.

In regard to Elira the person being separate from her avatar, this is one case where the two can't be separated cleanly because it references actions done by the actual person. Remove the sexual elements, and you basically have a vitriolic comment that bypasses her avatar "shield" and targets Elira herself.

Finally, the artist admitted fault for jumping to conclusions about Elira, not for sending the image to her. The same tweet suggests the artist will do the same thing with Vox. My position is that sending things of that nature directly to the talents still crosses the line regardless of what they did. Then again, it will only be an issue if it's sent directly to Vox, so we'll see if the artist truly learned from past mistakes.

I only point out the above to rebut the argument that this isn't harassment. Hosting the art here is not the issue and if anyone is bothered by it, they should add the relevant terms to the blacklist as you said. The image was sent to Elira as soon as it was posted on Twitter. Hosting it here does nothing to make it worse except maybe giving it a bit more exposure. It is not the art itself that crosses the line, but the fact it was sent directly to the talent's Twitter account.

TRDL: Sending the post to Elira can be considered harassment, but the image itself is tasteless at worst. The damage was already done before it was uploaded here, and it is not a valid reason to remove it from Danbooru.

You got me there. I forgot to check the timestamp. An image of Vox in the middle of autofellatio was posted at least 12 hours before I read the tweet you linked to. I think it's also been deleted, but I can still see it in Google Images. And the description confirms it was sent to Vox's account.

Nah, the Vox post is right here

While they came to the conclusion that tagging Elira was going too far, Vox has not gotten the same courtesy. He has a pretty sketchy history, both as Vox and prior, though, unlike Elira, so it's not surprising.

Huh, that's weird. When I click your link, it says the page doesn't exist, just like when I tried opening it from Google Images before. Does it just claim it doesn't exist if you try to view a tweet with explicit content when not logged in? I don't have an account and have no plans to get one.

What are the tags that I'm supposed to blacklist here in order to avoid getting revenge porn as part of a targeted harassment campaign (that, to re-iterate, has been explicitly wished against by Doki), now and forever?

I don't see a tag I don't want to see in my normal feeds here, neither on the Vox post, and there are close to no relevant tags in common between the two pictures anyway.

For me, I'll just blacklist the artist permanently and pool:5960 temporarily and move on, but that's a band-aid on a wooden leg, and not addressing the underlying problem in any meaningful way.

We probably won't be able to create a tag specifically for harassment by the artist, but we might be able to create a tag or pool for posts referencing the scandal. For now, try placing Nijisanji_EN on the same line as pool:5960 to block only those posts in the pool. You can also put rating:e or is:nsfw (for both Q and E) on the same line to block out only the more explicit ones.

For posts that for some reason can't be added to the pool, you can blacklist the NSFW posts of Nijisanji_EN or the individual vtubers getting the most hate. If you still want to see NSFW images of them, you could search with date:<2024-02-05 and temporarily disable your blacklist.

I'm in agreement here. I don't hate tags like rape, NTR, humiliation, so I'm not gonna blacklist those tags. I do however, like many other folks, think this image is in incredibly poor taste. That's the actual issue being pointed out here, not the fact it's an art piece about rape or whatever, and there should at least be some sort of discussion on images like these being made, especially when they're being sent directly to the actual person. Whether those sorts of discussions even belong on Danbooru, much less an image's comment section, is another story. Bottom line conclusion I guess, going "lmao stop being offended" is a pretty poor response that doesn't even properly respond to the actual subject being discussed.

Bro I don't know if you've noticed, but the past few weeks on danbooru have been filled with people discussing vtuber news, whether that be Mel getting terminated, Pomu graduating, all the shit with Rushia, Selen getting terminated and all the behind the scenes shit that's been happening both in her own life and at Nijisanji. The whole vtuber world is kinda on fire right now. Get used to it.

All 3 of them deserve it especially Vox. Given his history and the things he "supported" he should know better. In March 2023 he did a Suicide Awareness Event which he then goes out and targets Selen/Dokibird LIVE for over +1M people to see less than a year later. Vox only wanted to paint himself as a good person then by "donating" to the cause. With the knowledge of her trying to commit suicide recently only for us to later find out was 2 attempts in the span of a month. He has a history Mental problems himself which he received support from his community. He instead chose to attack her while she redebuted instead of being supportive and letting things end more peacefully than it has been they made the issue worse, their sole intentions were to dehumanize Selen. Lets not forget to mention it was 1am for Vox when this live stream occurred which was also scheduled when Dokibird was going to redebut making it impossible for her to escape the news of the harassment.

Elira doesn't deserve an apology. She's as much a part of it as the other two, Her white-knight simps are just making excuses for her because they don't want to face the fact that they've wasted so much time and money on a selfish, spoiled brat.

You are every bit responsible for your actions, regardless of the reasons that drove you to take them. "I was just following orders" is not an excuse. I don't care if not hosting the video would've cost her the job and put her in a bad spot. And I say that as someone who spoke up on some shady shit at my job, was fired, and put in a very bad spot for several months.

I don't feel bad for Elira and I don't think anyone should. She made the decision she made and deserves the blame. People shouldn't be apologizing to her and they shouldn't be defending her.

    In a nutshell:
Niji axes Selen for petty reasons.
Selen shocks the world by revealing the for-profit talent agency doesn't prioritize talent well-being and has high-school bullshit.
Niji has Eli and Vox parrot their official response that "nuh-uh Selen was the problem".
Selen's fans show their opposition to bullying by hurling abuse at the company's mouthpieces.

Elira, Vox, and Ike Eveland (who was mostly silent through the whole thing, so fans give him a pass), did an audio-only stream where they basically regurgitated Anycolor's official response, calling Selen a loose cannon whose firing (heh) was justified, listing some of the things she supposedly did.

It's similar to what Kadokawa did after the sudden firing of-- appropriately enough-- Tatsuki, the director who turned the first season of Kemono Friends into a surprise hit. They used their seiyuus to make an official statement, hoping their audience would buy it.
