I have no idea if this is from a direct anime or not, but this is absolutely Epic. And also I thought Hisoutensoku was Nitori's idea. But it looks like it was the Moriyas from this vid.
Hmm, looks like Sound Holic has improved from their last doujin anime effort. It's still weird though... how is the section about the Moriyas related to the SDM section? They don't quite segue together.

According to Suwako, it was her idea. Officially, both Suwako and the Kappa were directly involved. Utsuho could be said to be indirectly involved. Kanako seemingly had some vague idea that they were working on something and Hisou Tensoku is a by-product of her industrial revolution anyway, so she's also indirectly involved.
Nitori isn't named, but probably would have been if she had been in Hisoutensoku, as originally planned. It's still a good bet she was involved. Sanae had no idea, but it's very common to show her as Hisou Tensoku's pilot.

If u bother to check the official sites, there are multiple animated PVs for diffirent songs in their dvd, the above trailer is a mash up of all thier works, well most.

Ah good, cause I was wondering about how Sakuya's death had to do with Hisou Tensoku. (..and no one really noticed as of yet T-T, Poor Sakuya)
