An artist producing multiple completed pieces of this quality a day should be an immediate red flag. Most artists do not have that much skill. Not to mention this artist just popped into existence about two weeks ago. Their pixiv claims these are old pieces from a previously frozen account, but without knowing what that account was, if it really existed, there's no way to verify that.

If they had an old account with such posts wouldn't searches like saucenao have pulled up results for these images even if they were taken down?

It's not incredibly high quality rendering and there aren't many lines. I can see someone with time on their hands being able to do a few of these per day. I can't see any clear indication of AI fraud.

It's pretty obvious it is from their output alone. Them being capable of creating multiple high-quality works of art a day is something not even the most skilled mangakas can do.
