You need to get your brain fixed or at least look up the word slut in the dictionary. Heels and slut are not relevant to each other.
As to the heels, I'm guessing she, despite being naturally 6'3", just doesn't have enough "loom" like she does in the power suit. Those looking like 5" heels would probably make most men have to look up to stare at her tits, so it works nicely.
Oh wow, that's actually really high heel. Must be pretty hard walking on those heels, let alone running and jumping around. Also, I thought her ARMOR was 6'3", not herself. I thought she becomes taller in her armor? She still looked reasonably shorter than most men in the Other M. A woman being 6'3" is a little too fucking tall.
