I think someone is under the wrong impression as far as flagging things go. It's typically against our policy to flag older duplicates. Moreover "deleting" them doesn't actually save space, the images are still retained in case they need undeleted later.
On the other hand, if you compare this image to it's dupe, this one is watermarked. That in itself is sufficient reason for deletion in this case.
