Title: 片翼の妖精
正体(?)もアテが付いたので、右手がキーワードとなると踏んでみました。
メッサーのエンジンを積んだパワー系の戦闘機ながら見た目は非常に優美で、とてもそうは見えません。またエアレーサーのデザイナーが作った機体のため、カウンタートルク対策として右翼が左翼より20cmほど短くなっています。
さて、84-1号機のパイロットと言えばスト魔女で有名になったフランコ・ルッキーニ大尉ですが、彼は戦闘中に右翼を一度吹っ飛ばされ、現地で別機体のパーツを流用したため右翼だけ迷彩パターンが違っているという一風変わったペイントになっています。ていうか、むしろこの塗装が特殊だったためにプラモで好んでチョイスされた結果名が知れたようなものですが。
しかし、イタリア人のデザインセンスの1割でもいいからイギリス人に分けてあげたらいいのに。

Title: Solo Wing Pixy
I was able to almost figure out her true identity(?). I think that her right arm is keyword.
While it is a fighter aircraft equipped with a powerful engine from Messerschmitt, it doesn't look so from its extremely elegant appearance. Also, since its aircraft body was designed by an air racer designer, the right wing is 20 cm shorter than the left wing in order to neutralize the counter torque.
Now, speaking of which, the pilot of this Macchi C 202 serial number 84-1 is Captain Franco Lucchini, who became famous in Strike Witches. His aircraft had an unusual camouflage pattern where the right side pattern was different from the left because his right wing had been blown off during combat, and he replaced it with parts from a different aircraft at the site.
Because this aircraft was so unique, it was preferably used as a design for plastic models and he eventually became famous...I don't think it's an exaggeration to say this.
By the way, British design sense would benefit if Italians shared even just 10 percent of their design sense.
