no, an emonga, something that is much, MUCH more annoying than pikachu. (especialy if like me, your strongest pokemon when facing a trainer with them are a water type and a flying type.)

Answer: Black and White each got a Tepig. White had nothing to do with Araragi's Pokedex holder selections and just wandered into the story shortly after the initial chapters.
