Well in the start of the introduction to Helia and Coralie he is living with Joyce and Tesla, she is clearly acting like the mother of Joyce and Welt is the dad, in lore Welt and Tesla actually have a deep relationship but we never really see more than the dance of the two and how she is constantly mad and sad when Welt puts himself in danger
