Since it's 'Bleach' I would have expected the 'ban' character, but the base lines are pointing the wrong way. But at least the swastikas aren't tilted, so they can have their original meaning, which is practically the same.

Not really. Check wiki for the history of swastika. It is seen in many cultures in different time periods.

The censoring really just makes it more offensive, really.
