It's... not a cliffhanger. This is an omake, showing Marisa's thoughts near the end of the actual doujin when Alice came to visit her.

We should reorder this so this fits in with the actual story instead of putting it in the end like this.
I don't want to just go ahead and do it because I felt that way so what do you people think?

It's really an omake? I think this might be better putting it in order chronologically. This did seem like a sudden cliffhanger.

These last 5 pages are omake. And I'm not sure about re-arranging them. If we did with this page, the 4th page would look like a cliffhanger, and if we took these last two pages instead, it would make the 3rd page one.

It's just like reading a novel, then you read another one with different narration on the subject. (In this instance, the series is Alice's, then the omake pages is Marisa's)

The only way we can work around it... is to parent the page.

I think it's fine here at the end like it is. If you just read the other pages then you should know what's being referred to here.

And if you just jumped to the omake and skipped the main story... you got some issues you need to work on.
