Thats pretty much the case. Your also run into heated Fanon wars(Wish casulaties) whenever it's brought up that 1 person may prefer Okuu without the Sauron eye or prefers her with it. Be careful around those, you could end up losing your head(and an arm).

Most artists? Are you sure? From what I know, it's quite the opposite. Though it was never explicitly stated that the eye is actually embedded in her body. It might be just an accessory as well... and I think that's actually the case.
Well alright...I guess using "most" wasn't the wisest choice. But anyways, some of the art shows her chest and the Sauron Eye as sort of fused into her skin, artist preference? As for Tetsamaru, I think I prefer the eye when she looks badass and without for art like this...great...I don't think I'm making sense now...

Pretty much how i like it as well. For Ero pics, I prefer without the eye. Any other pic, if its non-ero, go ahead and give her the sauron eye.
