The first thing I hated was the ridiculously tiny foot compared to the other one and the thigh, I don't play genshin so I don't know if that's canon but overall it just looks kinda lazy, like the ass is supposed to be big but this just looks plastic and ganyu's arm looks weird to me too, like it looks sort of straight but I don't see any signs of her arm even though we see the side of eula's, so is ganyu propping herself from eula's back or not? that arm angle is confusing and this is because her upper body should be closer to the left. I mean, maybe I exaggerated saying it's so bad because I'm looking through other posts from this artist and some are okay, some are even worse than this one. I'm sure this artist knows and is trying to improve, I understand, but I thought this type of mistakes were the ones to look for when uploading/approving.
You can always flag a post you don't think is good enough to be on here. Making vague statements like "This is so bad..." will just make people think you're complaining because you don't like the characters or something.
I'll admit I didn't check the moderation log. I do see someone flagged it a week ago, but flaggers' usernames are hidden from users below Moderator level, so I would have no way to know it was you anyway.
