Well a NEET doesn't have to be an otaku so your mileage may vary on this one. Though seeing as how I've seen some stuff that featured Eirin trying to get Kaguya to work (or at least be less of a sloth) it wouldn't be that much of a stretch to paint her as one.

Hikikomori: Person who shuts themselves off from the outside world due to something causing to them to snap (eg peer pressure, bullying or something). Obsessively does an activity in order to cope (reading, drawing, writing etc)
NEET: Not in Education, Employment or Training. Basically, someone who is a load on their society, usually by choice. Not a lot of people like NEETs.
