We honestly need to have a storyline where Sensei helps out some of the delinquents. Getting kicked out of a school means they’re denied even basic necessities, for Christ sake!

They may be delinquents, but they are also children who need adult help.

The delinquents aren't expelled, though. The only confirmed expelled characters are the 7 Prisoners. The rest of the delinquents still attend classes.
