Can't really kick anyones ass when said "ass" has something that can debilitate you quite instantly.

... I'm still finding this segment really really silly considering the bad guy is merely a dorky guy with a crush on Byakuren who only wants to be allowed into the shrine... The level of drama the characters are portraying is throwing me a tad off.

Also, needs more Shou triggering death flags.

Allowed into the shrine to do God knows what to its inhabitants. He stated pretty clearly that his intentions were at the very least sexual assault.

I like the way the artist draw some serious/badass face of the character

I would follow Suika into hell.

I would destroy my liver with Suika into hell. It would be a good idea to have Suika forcing her sake on Youmu and see what happen. Drunken Half-Ghost Swordmaster anyone?

Funny you mention that. I recently GMd an RPG, and an oni (not Suika, but a PC with similar characteristics) did exactly that, but to everyone, not just Youmu. Things quickly got out of hand, and everyone (PCs and NPCs) piled in for a free-for-all. Ended with Youmu KOing herself and lying in a puddle of her bodily fluids. Fun times were had.

Life is far more interesting with an oni around.

Those are times I absolutely love pen & paper tabletop rpgs. It allows shenanigans that console and computer ones don't.

Is it just me, or does most of this manga belong in the badass pool as well?

I think that Suika's natural state is badass when she's not drunk.
