It's hard to know for sure but I was thinking the same, actually. If you look close enough it looks like Simon has a bit of a bust.

I hadn't noticed that part, to be honest. I was looking more at the shape of his face and the fact that Kamina's hairstyle in this is fairly close to some of his previous genderswap pics.
