I haven't seen wrestling in a while but a lot of times the ref would let a tagged person stay in the ring for a while before they got out, its usually was like 3-5 seconds.
meh, weither westling is real or not, ref's tend to let things slide, like 2 on 1 and stuff to make it more interesting for the audiance.
also in Aya's case, I imagine Yukari told her to let a LOT of shit happen though aya has shown she still has some control here and there.

A "second" is not your tag team partner. Seconds are your managers and such that remain on the outside. As someone else said, in this case, Nazrin and the Komeiji sisters would be the seconds.
As for the double team there, most wrestling federations allow a brief period after a tag during which both partners may attack their opponent simultaneously. This goes for both the bad guys and good guys. It only becomes illegal if the one who was tagged out stays in the ring too long.

Apparently a lot of commentators here aren't familiar with actual wrestling conventions, which Orenji Zerii has used.
To clarify, much like rope breaks and other illegal holds, you have until the count of five before you're forced back out once you've tagged out. Unlike the others, however, it's a much looser enforcement. Unless you're actively double-teaming, the ref will simply keep instructing you to get out of the ring.
