Hinata redirects the entire force of Sakura's blow using both hands and stepping inside Sakura's reach. The section of turf Hinata was standing on moments before has been thoroughly vaporized and their is now a three foot deep crater with a twelve foot blast print.
Hinata hits all the Tenketsu along the limb leaving it a dead weight. *poof* the log replacement shatters turning into flying shrapnel as the 'soft hand' technique's chakra rips it to shreds. This causes minor bleeding and disorients Hinata for a moment.
Meanwhile Sakura attempts to prepare a genjutsu from her hiding place...
Genjutsu Vs Byakugan
Result
Hinata immediately notices Sakura once the replacement/teleportation jutsu completes. Hinata moving in a blur of shunpo like steps zips up the side of the tree. Sakura fails to complete the fifth and final seal. She wastes Chakra and accomplishes nothing meanwhile Hinata's sealed the tenken in Sakura's hands.
Sakura may at this point channel raw chakra through her feet and other appendages. However it won't be nearly as powerful as her fist of fury... As has been proven time and time again it is much harder to channel large quantities of chakra the further away you get from the heart. Sakura's 'strength' technique requires fine precise chakra shifting and almost instantaneous Chakra release timed to her blows.
In short she's screwed. She can't run away and heal herself as Hinata can follow her easily with Byakugan. Both females have excellent chakra control. There is very little energy wasted here. The fight could go on for hours... But it won't. Every blow Hinata lands further restricts Sakura's chakra control. Which is her Only Outstanding Skill.
In the end the fight was decided before it could be fought. Bloodline limit vs non-Bloodline Limit ninja. GG. I don't even need to go into details here. Yes a non-bloodline Can Win vs a bloodline... However it's usually because the bloodline is already on deaths door or out of their minds.
Hinata is practically Sakura's worst possible opponent... Sakura is skilled at avoiding damage and dishing out a ton of her own in short melee bursts. However Hinata will end those bursts with only a few strikes... One hit from Sakura would end it however the combat specialist has a significant advantage in experience, training, and even mind set over the medic. Sakura was trained to avoid battle but kick ass with a vengeance in as short a time as possible if forced to fight. It's like placing a bar brawler up against a black belt...
It looks close at first but when you actually start plotting out a fight scene it gets out of hand in a hurry. I think Sakura might be able to win one fight out of four... By pitching objects too large to deflect or destroy at hinata(like trees, large rocks, and building supports); meanwhile avoiding melee... Good Luck with that. The chance of hitting a Hyuga with ranged weapons? LOL... Yeah...
Notably Sakura has Sasuke. Hinata has Naruto as soon as the doof realizes it. Which he probably won't within the confines of the show. Sakura has some small feelings for naruto but she's always going to be hung up on sasuke.

Anyway awesome pic; added it to my collection. She isn't hugely over developed like in most fan art and the battle damage is all kind of wicked. The little details like the rips and the bits of hair slowly floating to the ground.
