Kagami's reflection is too "high" in the image. The reflection should touch the object where the object touches the reflecting surface.
Apparently, the artist just flipped her vertically at the edge of the table. That would be right only if she were a flat piece of paper held just at the edge.
Because the table is angled with respect to the viewing angle, the reflection should have double that angle with respect to Kagami.
tl;dr both the angle and the position of the reflection are wrong
