Probably cause of the "Bigger is better" mindset, along with lots of porn glorifying big penises.

Personally, i think that porn practically ruined a lot of men's mindsets about sexuality, in general. Especially considering that the average penis size is about 5-5 1/2 inches. Anything bigger than that, is pretty much abnormal. Unfortunately, not much is done about the increasing insecurities of young men, who are self-conscious a lot about their penis size & many women aren't really helping dispel that myth.
What's really upsetting however, is this picture is outright perpetuating the myth that "black guys have bigger penises", which can ring untrue for many.
Drawn porn isn't real, just in case everyone forgot. In fake drawn porn where reality doesn't apply, it allows us to indulge in fantasies we know won't ever happen in real life. It allows us to, through simple thought experiments, for us to enjoy a feeling we know isn't real, just by virtue of giving it a visual to work with.
We know our dicks isn't a whole foot long, but through exaggeration, porn allows us to link what we feel like when we're horny with it. It's not necessarily saying that only big dicks are worthy of anything - it's giving you an exaggerated link to what you see for whatever reason you might want.
