I haven't reinstalled photoshop yet so I could be wrong (simply eyeballing it), but I don't believe here breasts are in excess of or twice as big as her head. Thus rendering the image acceptable under the ToS.
Not that I particularly care if this image gets deleted it just that if there are guidelines in place in the ToS should they not dictate what is acceptable and not individual taste or whims?

also, while being arbitrary about "this art is high quality enough(or not)," is fine, making up imaginary lines about what breast size etc is just dumb.
correct me if i'm wrong, but there have been anime available for mainstream audiences(such as gravion) which have breasts about this size.

i can possibly see it for breasts which are actually larger than the woman's torso or something, but this is not the level of size which should be banned.
Tomo's breasts are normally really huge, this is just the usual exaggeration typical of a lot of artists...

This is why posts are flagged for deletion rather than outright deleted. Flagging gives other janitors three days to review the image before it's actually deleted.
In this case I'm reapproving it since, although I don't really care for the pic, the breasts aren't quite ToS-breakingly large.
Yeah man, because if you don't like disproportionately large breasts it must be because you hate any girl who isn't flat chested. That's the only possible explanation.

That's not it at all. It was just being brought up that whenever you see a girl with large breasts or some chubbyness to them, there's a good chance you will see someone come around who wants to downscore the image or complain.
