The base of the Fatui's Advance Team is built in the depths of the Sumeru Forest, where no one visits. On this day, Nilou, who was originally planning to go swimming at the beach, lost her way in the forest and accidentally stumbled near the Fatui base. Meal time was approaching, but she forgot to bring food, so Nilou found some "mushrooms that looked edible" around her.
