That dude draws an incrustable Miquella. Always with a little smile, no matter if he's daydreaming about "his" tarnished (on all fours), piggybacking said tarnished while the smurf is shouting at him, or posing in the nude like one of Elden Ring's French girls.
The only picture where he's not smiling in that sphynx-like way is that one where he's surrounded with Messmer and Radahn.
