I feel genuinely sad for this. For real, Khyle is a master in facial expressions, not to mention the detailed tears falling from her face.
Oh yeah, if you are wondering, that FertilAid bottle in the background is not a medicine, but a supplement to enhance the chances of getting pregnant and restore a normal hormonal cycle in women. She's not crying because she got pregnant, she IS trying to get pregnant, however, it seems like she got infertile and unable to give birth. I am not a medic, but I am sure this is directly linked with her unhealthy habit of drinking until passing out; to the point she apparently needed a new liver (See post #7654649).
Not to mention the pile of used test kits which is just outright denial. It's the untold other side of the With Enough Power, You Can Refire Even a Dying Star meme. Sometimes the answer is just plain "No".
That said, given that she is a drunk, just imagine that she has been using the wrong hole without realising it. Fingers crossed.
