Why is this post so controversial to warrant a quality check after an appeal? Seriously? It's a high quality digital painting. Even the damn taskbar and window GUI are handdrawn.

It's a cool drawing, but because it's not some generic anime styled art from a popular gacha, approvers are hesitant to approve it.

Not helping is the flag reason "Quality Check" itself which provides 0.00% feedback to the uploader and essentially boils down to "I don't like it, but I do not want to explain it"
