Right, I saw that as well, but there are more "Mizu Cirno"s then "Aqua Cirno"s, so I used that title instead to keep things consistent.

That looks suspiciously like a Den-O belt.

Mizu Cirno = Urataros

Mizu Cirno is basically a melted Cirno who can control water and swim underwater, while Urataros has the ability to swim underwater, since he is based on the turtle in Urashima Taro, and turtles are good swimmers.
