.... I dunno... The art on these ARE amazing, I just question the choices the artist made for the tarot... I mean, Keine isn't well suited to the Hermit role. Akyu or Byakuren maybe... Ah well, still amazing art on these ^^
A large part of the Hermit involves isolation and a philosophical attitude. Mokou and Kasen (an actual hermit, to boot) would be a better fit. Keine would be better suited for the Hierophant (education, authority).
The Hermit represents the need to slow things down and adsorb a peaceful life. The way for knowledge is through the exploration of one's self rather than the world around them. It's a more meditative state of mind where one focuses about themselves.

The Hermit represents being stagnant or refusing change. It represents someone who doesn't want to look beyond the past and concentrate on the present or future.
