Both kei trucks - they both appear to be based on real kei trucks, but Hot Wheels hasn't released a licensed kei truck yet, just the unlicensed Mighty K
SUV next to Twin Mill - I think it's a Chevy Blazer but I'm not sure
Sports car next to Dom's Charger - it looks REAL familiar and I'm probably gonna feel stupid once someone points out what it is
Car under the Volvo - badge looks like an Aston Martin? Can't tell what it is
Decatruck - I don't know truck models
The old Mercedes racecar next to the Volkswagen Bus
Side note, the Lexus 2054 being included is an interesting deep cut - it's a fictional car of the future from the film Minority Report, but it never actually got a Hot Wheels release. They planned to make one back in 2004 but weren't able to secure the license for the design, so they instead came out with an unlicensed approximation they called Phantom Racer.

I think the LAPD Van is a custom Tamiya Lunchbox? Bullbar shape seems identical.
Kei truck on the right is a Suzuki Carry (7th gen); the left one is... difficult. It looks like a 1st gen Mitsubishi Delica/Colt, however, that seems to be a massive Honda logo on it, but the Honda Acty or TN are squarer(?).
SUV next to the Twin Mill is a Nissan Terrano/Pathfinder.
Car next to Dom's Charger - Scion TC?
Mercedes racecar - I think it's the W25 (bc of grille shape), though overall front end shape seems closer to the W125.
Truck with the Giorno Giovanna hair(?) - I think HW Raijin Express?
Small correction, but I'm pretty sure the Alfa 4C is actually a GTV.
Car under Volvo wagon is tough. I don't think it's an Aston because the badge isn't wide enough and I don't think the placement/bonnet line matches any Aston; I thought it's an early Gallardo/Murcielago, but the badge is in the wrong place
