He built her for sex to satisfy his desires and fill the hole in his heart, but what he needed most was an emotional, loving connection. Something he seems to have had very little of in his life. Yet, his lack of experience and emotional intelligence/knowledge/maturity means he misattributed his desire for love with a desire for sex.
So he doesn't really want to have sex with her. He wants her to love him and be there for him, despite his vast quantity of flaws. But he still built his Robo-Waifu for sex. It is the very purpose if her existence. And yet, despite him making her for that, he seemingly hardly ever makes use of her that way.
Essentially, he's depriving her of her purpose. Of the meaning in her life. And it's worse fir her than for people, as she has a very clearly defined purpose to her life; sex. Yet she's being denied it. It must be torture.
One of the few times NTR would actually be a good outcome.
