You can always tag it both it's not like anyone's going to complain. Even if it's a trace of a panel of something and the artist says it's something else you don't totally ignore the artist. Imagine someone posted pages out of Nick Simmons' comic (this won't happen,) you would tag those with both tags not disregard what the artist says.
