Tenshi beat Reimu in canon? though (if we go by the timeline in the game, Tenshi defeats everyone at the end although I'm not sure if it counts that way as the whole game's timeline is based on assumption, so make of it what you will. I don't remember what Ending #1 is in that game either)
Putting that aside, Celestial's bodies are said to be poison to youkai. It'd be silly to not have Tenshi... Although given the Battle Royale-like tendency of removing everyone remotely strong at the start this has seemed to adopt...
Still, Tenshi should pull through. Hopefully, anyway.
So by now what is the situation of Akyuu and Mystia? I hope they are not considered useless in this match now~ I still want some more Mystia and Akyuu!
Akyuu is down, Mystia might or might not make another sneaky attack (if she didn't knock herself out by running into pillars) I think the SWR endings aren't numbered, but if I remember right, Tenshi's storyline takes place after Reimu's.

The only game with a single canon ending is IaMP with Suimusou Ending. PoFV and SWR have all routes as canon. The normal ones are probably a combination of all routes.
IMO Tenshi's route in SWR is the last one (or at least close to the last) since she is making remarks about how everyone beat her.
Canonically speaking Tenshi is strong - She has insane Def, Ability to destroy the whole Gensokyo with Earthquake, the poison to Youkai body, and her sword of Hisou which is effective to any enemy. But none of that matters since Fanon works is much heavier in the case of Tenshi. And stage boss numbers doesn't mean anything in being the strongest. Even Chen can beat Tenshi if needs to, and I think thats going to happen.
