龍蔵寺三尉（嘘ストパン）

龍蔵寺 蕉子三等空尉（17歳）扶桑国国防空軍「キャバルリー」小隊所属。TACネーム「ドラゴン」、ストライカーはF-1、使い魔は鳶。数百年続く武士の血筋で、剣道、茶道、華道などで幼い頃からしつけられた。だが天性の勉強嫌いで、剣と魔女としての才能だけが伸びていった。中等学校を出てすぐ空軍へ進み、航空歩兵としてもまだ駆け出しである。いつも陽気で脳天気。真っ直ぐな性格だがどこか抜けておりややドジ。学科の成績も決して良くない。大友三尉とは幼い頃からの幼馴染みであり自称ライバルでもある。腰に下げているのは太刀。

Second Lieutenant Ryuuzouji (Fake Stopan)

Second Lieutenant Ryuuzouji Shouko (age 17), member of the "Cavalry" squadron of the Fusou Air National Defense Force. Her TAC name is "Dragon", her Strikers are F-1s, and her familiar is a kite. Her family have been military for several hundred years, so she's been taught how to use swords, prepare tea, and maintain self-discipline from an early age. However, she has a natural aversion to studying, so only her skills with magic and swords grew. She enlisted in the air force as soon as she finished her secondary education, and is still something of a newbie airman. She's always carefree and light-spirited. She has a very straightforward personality, but she's such a huge klutz it's like she's missing something. Her marks in school were not good, either. Lieutenant Oomoto is an old childhood friend and (Shouko's) self-declared rival. The sword she's wearing is a tachi.
