The only translation I can think for that bubble literally wouldn't make sense :|

If I remember correctly, -しちゃう is short for -されてしまう.

X-しまう means, basically, that X happens unintentionally. X-しちゃう, thus, means that X happens to the object (in this case, Kirino) without X being her intention.
(This doesn't necessarily mean that the object dislikes it; rather, it means that they didn't have any choice in that situation.)
