You're supposed to tag what is there in the picture regardless. You still put in fox_tail even if you put in the tail tag.

It certainly qualifies as Suppa Tenko. Ran even carries a bag labeled with "Super".

Strongly disagree, so I removed the tags. Danbooru tags animal ears (of which fox ears are a subtype) if they're significant - for instance, someone wearing a cat-ears headband is unusual (and thus significant), as are genuine cat ears on an otherwise human-shaped being (traditional catgirl).

It's not useful to tag them for actual animals, because having fox ears is the default state for an actual quadruped fox. If such a fox were missing its ears, that would probably be worth tagging, but not otherwise.

Tails are treated much the same way for the same reasons, although I don't think there's an umbrella term for "animal tail accessory" the way there is for animal ears. On the other hand, multiple tails are unusual, and should be tagged accordingly.

The only tag I've ever seen that explicitly says to only add if out of the ordinary is pyonta, and I do disagree with that personally. Otherwise, the rule is to tag what you see, regardless of whether it's obvious they should be there.

This really ought to be taken to the Forum for further discussion, as well.

I view that largely as "differing from the human (youkai, etc) norm" rather the character norm, and since there are too many options for there to be one human norm, they're all taggable. I know that a number of people do in fact feel that the hair/eye-colour tags are basically pointless for named characters in their usual appearance, though, and I can't say I entirely disagree.

Anyway, as you suggested, forum #53634 is up to discuss this.
