在这次云图3周年庆，原本的赫波礼服终于优化了，熵波也喜提自己等了一年的新皮肤，还是誓约皮，鱼鱼老师的立绘还是一如既往的顶级，但live2d确实有些可惜，尤其是没有让玩家亲手为波波戴上戒指。所以正值这次同人创作活动，我也是想通过这样一幅同人插画，来补上大伙心中，尤其是喜欢赫波的玩家们心中的那抹遗憾。整个立绘中，主人物是熵波，但在作画方面我要求是更偏向原本赫波的造型来画的，大致想表达出的意思是：徘徊的观测者终于等来了属于自己的那颗星，无数次的誓约深深刻进了观测者的心中，她双手戴满戒指，泪光闪烁，灿烂的笑容再次浮现于她的面庞。3个背景胸像投映在星空投影之上，分别是新年虎皮、白情节和二周年礼服的赫波，代表着这一路走来波子姐在玩家心中留下的难忘回忆。

同时，这次非常感谢Lieend老师的作画，在有限的时间里，从起草到最后成品这之间，我们沟通了很多次，对每个画像所要表现的情感和效果都讨论过，之间也耐心地来回修改了挺多次的。

云图的剧情这次也是完结了，虽然官方说未来还会更新剧情，但实际上也差不多到头了，未来大概率也不会有赫波相关内容更新了，所以这幅作品实际上也多少想给赫波这个我最喜爱的角色画上一个圆满的句号，希望大家能喜欢这幅作品。

During the Neuralcloud's 3rd anniversary celebration, Hubble's 2nd anniversary suit has finally been optimized, and Darkstar Hubble has also received a new costume which she has waited for a whole year, and it's a vow dressing. The illustration of new costume, which is made by official artist YuYu, is still top-notch as always, but live2d effect is a bit of a pity, especially the inability to let players personally put the ring on D-Hubble's finger. So I want to use this fan illustration to make up for the regret in everyone's heart, especially for those who like Hubble as me. Focusing on the illustration, the main character is D-Hubble, but in terms of drawing, I asked the artist to draw it based on the original design of Hubble, and express the meaning that【The wandering observer finally met her own star. After vows by vows, you have been deeply imprinted in the observer's heart. She saw the rings on both hands, with tears in her eyes and a bright smile on her face】. Three background characters (separately dressing in the New Year's costume, the White Valentine's costume and the second anniversary suit) are projected on the starry sky projection, representing the unforgettable memories that Hubble has left in the players' hearts along the way.

Meanwhile, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Lieend for his painting. During the limited time between drafting and finalizing this painting, we have communicated many times, discussed the emotions and effects that each portrait should express, and patiently made several revisions back and forth.

At last, the plot of Neuralcloud has come to an end. Although the official said that there will be new updates coming in the future, this game is actually almost over. Perhaps there will be no updates related to Hubble in the future. So this work actually wants to portray a satisfactory ending for Hubble, my favorite character, and I hope you guys would love it.
