Not sure how much that have to do with your nationality. A pal of mine (Sweden) forgot to eat for a week and I have gone for a few days without food as well.

How is it possible for someone to forget to eat?Don't he/she feel the hunger?

When I don't eat a meal, I'll generally end up remembering to eat by time of day. Only after thinking about it will my stomach respond again.

Actually the milk went bad, he was planning to go some more but a new game came out so it kinda lost priority.
As for feeling hunger: I for one tend to loose my sense of hunger after going without food for about 30 hours or so. You just get so hungry that it all shuts down, probably some kind of preservation from old time so that you could gather food without your stomach beating you down.

Pretty much as long as you have some water, you'll be fine. The human body can go for maybe a week without food as long as not much energy gets used (some have gone much longer).

Actually, most reports show that a person can go a month or two with no food at all so long as there's water.
