“Happy burfday Venny!~” Leuedai grinned wide, grabbing the purple-haired snoop from behind, who gave an eep at her sudden appearance.

“A-ah! Uh, h-hi Leuedai!” Venin returned. “And uh, thanks!”

“No problemo! You enjoy your gifts?~”

“I did actually! Got plenty of chocolate off of… actually. Leuedai, have you seen Ella anywhere? I was going to thank her for the gifts, but I can’t seem to find her…”

Indeed, Ella had been missing for about an hour after Venin had gotten her gift, which had been left just in front of her door. But as much as Venin knew Ella would want to be there to see Venin get her gift herself, the shy OmniV gal was nowhere to be seen… in fact, Venin could only find Leuedai with any regularity…

“Probably hanging out with Hana and Rev?” Leuedai shrugged… before gasping aloud. “Oh my god!”

“W-what!?”

“I was so caught up in… erm, s-stuff, I forgot to give you my gift!”

“Oh, well- w-woah!”

Leuedai snatched Venin by the hand and pulled her along, running through the corridors, past…

“H-hold up Leuedai! Hana’s room is right here, I can-”

“Ah, you won’t find her in there!~”

“B-but you said-!”

Leuedai didn’t give Venin a chance to finish, continuing to run until…

“Ta-da! Happy Birthday!~”

On the floor in front of them was a mound of what appeared to be black tape, but upon closer inspection…

“Leuedai… is this the restraint stuff the Kuro use?”

“Yupyup!~” Leuedai grinned. “I knew you had an interest in checking it out, so… Stole a few batches just for you! Well, me too if ya know what I mean, hehehe…”

Venin got closer, looking it over. Sure enough, it was the ribbony stuff that MAVRO’s Kuro specialists used to restrain their targets. It was kinda similar to tape, but the fibers of it were visible, marking it apart with a clear look to it.

“Woah…” Venin picked up a piece and felt it. The fibers were even more noticeable when felt, and that wasn’t including…

Something bumped, making Venin look to the side. At the couch, there was a shape behind it, as if it had just bumped its head and was scrambling to hide itself.

“Eh?”

Venin approached warily. She didn’t have her weapons on her, but she was confident enough in hand-to-hand that if it came to it…

“Mhf…”

“Ella?!”

Behind the couch, but now shuffling out from it, was indeed Ella. She was kneeling, arms behind her back, her legs fully bent to keep her from going anywhere quickly.

Venin came over, kneeling next to her, but when she was about to start untying her, she noticed…

“…Leuedai? Why is Ella tied using the very same-mmhp!?”

“And now for the second part of my present!~ Hold still Venny~”
