I don't know if it means anything in Japanese, but perhaps the translation is familiar because it sounds like the English phrase: Don't bite the hands that feeds you.

I wouldn't say she was willing; she had anger veins as soon as she appeared in the second panel. She just wasn't angry enough to actually stop them yet.

Sanae may have heard about what happened to Yuuka, in which case there's really no sense in trying to compare them because they weren't actually reacting to the same situation.
