I'm sorry, I'm on the same timezone as Italia, and I'm 8 hours ahead of this clock, so no.

In fact, I just verified, it converts UTC+9 to UTC+1 (-8 hours);
So, it would be the current time in Rome if you were actually in Japan.
You can try by modifying your computer time, the flash updates its own time automaticly.
