Assuming that various advice columns are credible: Hitting the cervix straight-on with force is almost always a bad move, but brushing it lightly or tapping one side of it at an angle (easier than it sounds since both the penis and the vaginal canal have a tendency to curve in real life) can be pleasing for certain women.
