To be honest, I don't see the spellcard here. If there were 5 or so suns, then maybe. But this is just one big one that's over her head.

There is a second sun beneath her, so it can't be Hell's Artificial Sun or Hell and Heaven Meltdown (since she's between and not in them). I guess you could argue it's Nuclear Excursion, but I'm pretty sure it's Planetary Revolution or a variant.

It's tagged as "Hell's Artificial Sun" on Pixiv.

The glowing thing below her may also be just superheated Lava :v
