  • Hellfire Gala - Emma Frost Cover

I was so honored to be asked to do the 2022 design for Emma Frost's Hellfire Gala look. Stipulations were to make it something that she could wear in a fight, since that'd be happening in the story. I wanted to lean into a bit of her old school dominatrix look, as well as a touch of the Gen X days.

    Also, i adore Emma, LOL.

I included a design for the back as well, for cosplayers who might be interested. There were over two dozen separate looks i designed for this, and this was the winner. Ya'll might see me futz around with some of the other looks one day though wink

Original is actually two separate pieces - lineart and light rendering on Duralar, and the background is separate. Think like an animation cel. It created a really neat effect, and then i colored it digitally.
