Not sure if it's an unusually nice AI render or if the artist is just awkward- looking at his Pixiv page, every picture seems to have some kind of little weird mistake.

This is 100% AI. I've seen this "Artstyle" long enough to be able to pick it out by sight.
Not to mention there are more errors than just extra digits. If you look at Suisei's legs you can tell. The perspective is completely borked, and her knees are rendered completely differently. Not to mention Towa's left arm vanishes behind Aqua's head.
