That's a pretty cute Bubble Head.

I m-mean, don't get me wrong, they are cute even in their grotesque state.

What's worse are the nurses from Silent Hill 3, who look as though they realized just how ugly they were and tried to cover it up with mounds of badly-applied makeup.

It's not suppouse to be a monster...or are they mutants?...I don't get it.

I believe this is the "original" nurse, who was caring for a little girl before the events that triggered the whole nightmare.

No, it's not Lisa. Nurses in SH1 were dressed differently.

Just saw the poster for this from mgs3. In grozny grad, one of the lockers. Not sure if this came first or not but it was still there so I tagged it.
