That's not what it means. Kyuubee is a character that people watching the anime know to be evil, but to people who haven't watched the anime, it's a creature getting its head clamped by some girl. To the uninformed, the girl could be the evil one.

Please try and understand the distinction between "What You See" and "What You Know", as it's generally better for everyone else.
