It's hard to judge works like this individually but when you look at the artist's profile and portfolios it's very revelatory of what they are. There's not a consistency in art style and while artists certainly grow the erratic nature of AI generations stands out compared to human growths and experimentation. All the eyes by this person have no consistency at all. That's not how human artists operate. In addition they have an abandoned twitter account with clearer AI bleeding errors in their first upload
Also as time goes on human artists establish themselves more with each upload and AI artists paint larger pictures of inconsistency and often have tells like uploading one or more picture a day that make it too obvious. This user's accounts were short-lived as they abandoned them after a month. Perhaps they realized their attempts at deception wouldn't last (you can see their first pixiv upload opens up with "There are a lot of AI images on pixiv these days eh?")
Also the left pinky here has one knuckle. Farewell!
Her visual left middle finger has a really weird indent that aligns with the armrest support if you zoom in on it, as well as the fingernails not being of a consistent style. The thumb and pinky's are denoted via sharp lines but the other three use a pink gradient.
The bow has a dark blue section jutting out that seems to be a blending error since it lines up perfectly with where it meets the ear. The left loop also causes an unnatural curved indent on the bang which is supposed to be in front of it.
The bottom circle of the ornament on top of the bow has a depth error which causes it to appear to be underneath the rest of the circles. I'm actually finding it difficult to find a comparison because this piece assumes there is a dark grey base the circles are sitting on, whereas almost every artist draws them as four unconnected objects.
Several blending issues. Aside from the bow matching with the ear, the right loop has a splotch of light brown and the ring finger has a bit of pink bleeding into the arm of the chair.
