"Gochi ni narimasu" = "It's delicious" is apparently a segment from Japanese daytime comedy in which people go to an expensive restaurant and try to hit a target amount of money (without knowing the prices). The person who's farthest off has to pay for all of the food. Also, sometimes a person will be awarded a random souvenir to be paid for by someone else.

The SOS-dan seems to be playing a game like this, but the goal is to make Mikuru bleed a target amount of blood!? Also, with the random prizes, the "someone" who has to pay always seems to be Kyon.
