All the current witches were members of Madoka's MG group, fighting witches, eating cake and stuff like that. Suddenly, tainted soulgems, drama and angst everywhere, MG's killing each other, only Madoka survives. She forgets everything and regresses from the MG state (it's magic, I ain't gotta explain shit). The next day she goes to school, she meets a talking little white furball who asks her for a contract. A week later, Homura transfers to her school and Timeline 1 begins.
