    Probably yes, but it doesn't really matter. She only spends weeks in every timeline and we've been shown only five timelines so far (there might be more). It's been certainly enough for Homura to get into shape, learn to use firearms and explosives, and also to die a little inside every time the history repeats itself, but not enough for her to actually age noticeably.

    bardiche & Heparine:

    Well, do remember that as a magical girl her body is just a husk now - in addition to no longer aging, I imagine her athleticism is a result of her becoming more proficient with her 'puppet' form.

    Although I am now envisioning another heartbreaking timeline 'first day' where Madoka calls her "Akemi-senpai"

    No need for that, just watch the first episode again.
    You can see Homura clenching teeth in pain every time Madoka trips a wire. Also, ep. 4 and "I won't forget you."

    Either my eyes deceive me, but if I compare the current Mami with the one in episode 3 flashback, she does seem to be grown up a bit. But yes, maybe she did lived 1-2 years afterwards and Homura has only been 5 weeks between alternate timelines, would make sense.
